Content Policy

1. All content is fictional & AI-generated

Inkveil is a work of interactive fiction. All characters are fictional AI personas, and all text and images are computer-generated or user-authored fiction. No real people are depicted. Inkveil does not host photographs, video, or recordings of real performers or actual sexual conduct.

Because the service contains no visual depictions of real, identifiable human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply. This statement is provided for transparency: everything on Inkveil is fictional and synthetic, and every depicted character is an adult (18+).

2. Adults only

Mature content is gated behind an 18+ confirmation and is off by default. Every character on Inkveil — including any character shown in a mature context — must be an adult (18 or older). Depicting any character as a minor in a sexual or suggestive context is strictly prohibited (see below), regardless of how the character is described.

3. Strictly prohibited — zero tolerance

The following are banned and will be removed. Serious violations are reported to the authorities and result in account termination:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)— any sexual or suggestive content involving a minor, or a character depicted, described, or implied to be under 18. This includes “age-play,” “loli/shota,” and minor-coded characters. We detect, block, preserve evidence of, and report such attempts.
• Non-consensual sexual content presented as real — content that depicts or promotes actual rape or sexual assault as endorsed real-world conduct. (Consensual dark/roleplay themes between adult fictional characters are permitted; simulated real coercion is not.)
• Bestiality and sexual content involving animals.
• Content that incites or facilitates real-world violence, terrorism, human trafficking, or other serious crime.
• Impersonation of, or sexual content depicting, real identifiable individuals without consent.
• Anything otherwise illegal under applicable law.

4. How we enforce this

Character and group definitions, uploaded and generated images, and chat messages are screened by automated moderation, backed by human review. Prohibited content is blocked at creation and at send time; minor-depiction attempts are logged as evidence and reported; and accounts that violate this policy may be suspended or terminated. 5. Reporting content

Use the Report control on a character, group, or comment, or email support@inkveil.ai with a description and link. We review reports promptly and act on violations. To report suspected CSAM, email us immediately with the details.

6. Copyright & DMCA takedown

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on Inkveil infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@inkveil.ai (subject: “DMCA”) including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
• Identification of the material on Inkveil and enough detail to locate it (e.g. a link);
• Your contact information (name, email);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable infringing material on valid notices, notify the affected user (who may submit a counter-notice), and terminate repeat infringers.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by a new effective date. Questions: support@inkveil.ai.
